Questa forma di trattamento allevia varie malattie infiammatorie del corpo. Si applica una pasta di erbe leggermente scaldata nella zona del corpo da trattare e lasciata asciugare per circa 45 minuti. La pasta è una miscela di erbe, spezie, decotti o buttermilk. La pasta tiepida crea un leggero calore sulla pelle e il calore aumenta l’assorbimento della potenza delle erbe.

This form of threatment relieves various infiammatory diseases of the body. A slightly heated herbal paste is applied to the area of the body to be treated and it is left to dry for approximately 45 minutes. The paste is a mixture of herbs, spices, decoctions or buttermilk. The warm paste creates a gentle heat on the skin and the heat increases the absorption of the herbs’ potency.
