Michelle received her Ayurveda Food & Nutrition Consultant certificate from the International University of Yoga & Ayurveda, Salt Springs, Florida (USA). She received the Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant certificate  at the Ayurveda & Yoga Retreat Hospital in Coonoor, Tamil Nadu, India.

Michelle offers consultations on food choices and cooking alternatives, and suggests simple lifestyle changes that will improve your health by allowing your body to better digest the food you eat and thus assimilate its nutrients. Proper eating and lifestyle habits have had wonderful effects on such issues as skin rashes, headaches, heartburn, IBS, painful arthritis and sleepless nights.

A fun part of learning about nutrition is through her cooking demonstrations and workshops, geared for both individuals and small groups. All the meals are prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients, and as organic as possible. An important factor in the workshops are the spices : the clients explore their aromas, uses and learn how to properly cook with them in order to benefit from their healing properties.

In addition to this, Michelle presents at Ayurveda conferences in the USA and continues her studies of herbs and spices.
