L’uso del Coriandolo per la febbre, la sensazione di bruciore, la sete e la pulizia dei canali del corpo

La bevanda al coriandolo è molto facile da preparare. E’ usata in ayurveda  utile nella febbre per diminuire la sensazione di calore nel corpo (è particolarmente utile per coloro che soffrono di un eccesso di calore, specie in estate), è dissetante, ed è particolarmente adatta a chi vuole fare un percorso di detox in quanto la sua assunzione a stomaco vuoto pulisce i canali del corpo. Generalmente si usa in condizioni di Pitta squilibrato.

  1. Prendete una parte di semi di coriandolo schiacciati ( 10 grammi)
  2. Aggiungere sei parti d’acqua (60 ml)
  3. Tenere coperto per una notte ebere
  4. Mattina successiva, a stomaco vuoto, filtrare e mescolare con una piccola quantità di zucchero naturale

È  una bevanda classica, spiegata negli antichi testi ayurvedici, conosciuta con il nome di Dhanyaka hima

Praataha saasharkaro peyo himo dhaanyaka sambhavaha |

Antardaaham mahaa thrishnam jayet sroto vishodhanam ||

– Sharangdhara samhita madhayama khanda – 2 ° capitolo, 7-8 shloka.

Può essere assunto per un periodo di 6 – 8 settimane

– Sharangdhara samhita madhayama khanda – 2nd chapter, 7-8 shloka.
Translation – Dhanyaka hima should be drunk in the morning with a little quantity of sugar to get relief from internal burning sensation, excessive thirst. It also cleanses and detoxes all the body channels.
Dosage: 40-50 ml to be taken in morning in empty stomach along with half a spoon of sugar.
How long can it be consumed?
It can be taken for a period of 6 – 8 weeks.
